Get Back To School With Cool Animal Adoptions

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Summer vacation is almost over and school will soon be in session! The Academic Advisors at the Brevard County Animal Care Centers have done the math and will be offering all cats, kittens, dogs and puppies to approved adopters for just $35.

Don’t be late for class because the “Cool Back to School” Adoption Promotion takes place starting Friday, Aug. 1, and runs through Sunday, Aug. 31.

Normal adoption fees are $70 for cats/kittens and $80 for dogs/puppies. The entire adoption package is valued at hundreds of dollars and includes initial vaccinations and rabies vaccinations for animals three months and older, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, microchipping with free lifetime registration, and a one year Brevard County Animal License tag.

A new furry friend will teach the entire family lessons that can’t be learned in school. To see dogs or cats available for adoption, visit the Brevard County Animal Care Centers at 5100 W. Eau Gallie Blvd. in Melbourne or 2605 Flake Road in Titusville or go to the shelter website at www.brevardcounty.us/AnimalServices. The Animal Care Centers are open from noon to 6 p.m. every day but Wednesday.
